Activities	1. Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. 2. Students are asked to read the advertisement in the worksheet given. 3. Teacher carries out a class discussion pertaining to the advertisement. 4. Teacher elicits responses from students orally. 5. Students complete the tasks given. 6. Class discussion.

Specific Objective(s)	By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:- - explain the meaning of ' two pools of lies, layered with thinnest eyes' etc. - complete the exercise of word search and crossword puzzle given.
Activities	1. Students are asked to read the poem. 2. Teacher explains the meaning of the words/phrases and the key elements in poetry. 3. Students answer the questions using information from the poem studied. 4. Students take part in class discussion. 5. Students complete the exercise of word search and crossword puzzle given.

Activities	1. Students choose their own reading material and read. 2. Students fill their NILAM form. 3. Students are asked to write synopsis of the book.

Activities	1. Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. 2. Discuss the use of simple present and simple past tense. 3. Students are asked to copy the notes given.
