1. Teacher presents the topic of the lesson.

2. Teacher gives 5 questions to students pertaining to the water

supply disruption.

3. Students carry out the discussion in pairs.

4. Teacher elicits responses from students orally.

5. Students are given the examples of expressions used in the letter

of complaint.

6. Students write down the notes given.
