Specific Objective(s)	By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: 1. tell ways of coping with water supply disruption. 2. identify the expressions used in the letter of complaint
Activities	1. Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. 2. Teacher gives 5 questions to students pertaining to the water supply disruption. 3. Students carry out the discussion in pairs. 4. Teacher elicits responses from students orally. 5. Students are given the examples of expressions used in the letter of complaint. 6. Students write down the notes given.

Activities	Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. Students are asked to read the dialogue. Teacher elicits responses from students. Students are asked to complete a letter on page 31. Teacher carries out a class discussion. Students are given another letter to be completed on page 32.

Specific Objective(s)	By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:- - explain the meaning of ' two pools of lies, layered with thinnest eyes' etc. - tell the moral values of the poem
Activities	1. Students are asked to read the poem. 2. Teacher explains the meaning of the words/phrases and the key elements in poetry. 3. Students answer the questions using information from the poem studied. 4. Students take part in class discussion. 5. Students write the notes given.
