  1. Identify a few characters in the novel.
  2. Know the storyline in Chapter One by arranging the events given in a

correct order.

  1. Teacher presents the topic of the lesson.
  2. Teacher elicits responses from students.
  3. Students copy the notes on the blackboard.
  4. Students answer the questions given.
  5. Class discussion.
