Specific Objective(s)	By the end of the lesson, students are able to: - understand the format of a report - know how marks are awarded for Paper 1
Activities	Teacher returns the test papers. Teacher carries out a class discussion of the questions in the test paper. Teacher elicits responses from students on the questions. Students do the corrections.

Reflection	Most of the students could not remember the format of a report of an excursion. There were only around 20% of them were able to respond to the questions asked correctly.

Specific Objective(s)	By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: Identify a few characters in the novel Know the setting of the story.
Activities	Teacher presents the topic of the lesson Teacher elicits responses from students. Students copy the notes on the blackboard. Students answer the questions given. Class discussion.

Reflection	5K3 – Majority of the students (90%) managed to respond to the questions given correctly. 5K8 – The students needed the teacher to guide them to answer the questions.
