Specific Objective(s)	By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: -  write a letter of complaint using the notes given.
Activities	1.      Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. 2.      Teacher elicits responses from students on the topic given. 3.      Students are given the handouts. 4.      Students are asked to discuss the problem raised in the task given. 5.      Students present their opinions and suggestions. 6.      Teacher asks students to write a letter of complaint.
