Specific Objective(s)	By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: - write a letter of complaint using the notes given.
Activities	Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. Students are given the handouts. Teacher asks students to talk about the notes in the task given. Students tell the complaints and the features of the letter. Students are asked to rearrange the paragraphs into order to form a complete letter. Students are asked to write the letter in the correct format.

Activities	Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. Teacher gives instructions to students. Students read the passage given. Students are asked to complete the exercises given. Teacher elicits responses from students on the questions given. Students review their work.
