  1. Teacher presents the topic of the lesson.
  2. Teacher elicits responses from students on the topic given.
  3. Students are given the handouts. They read and understand the task.
  4. Students are asked to discuss the problem raised in the task given.
  5. Students present their opinions and suggestions.
  6. Teacher asks students to write a letter of complaint.

  2. Students copy the notes on the blackboard.
  3. Students complete the exercise given.
