Specific Objective(s)	By the end of the lesson, students should be able to: - write a letter of complaint using the notes given.
Activities	Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. Teacher elicits responses from students on the topic given. Students are given the handouts. They read and understand the task. Students are asked to discuss the problem raised in the task given. Students present their opinions and suggestions. Teacher asks students to write a letter of complaint.

Activities	Teacher presents the topic of the lesson. Students are given the handouts. Teacher asks students to talk about the notes in the task given. Students tell the complaints and the features of the letter. Students are asked to rearrange the paragraphs into order to form a complete letter. Students are asked to write the letter in the correct format.

Activities	Teacher shows the picture on Chapter 7. Students copy the notes on the blackboard. Students complete the exercise given. Class discussion.
